Standard Shipping: Please allow for one business day to process orders before shipping. Based on location, orders will be delivered 3-10 business days after ship date. UNIONBAY's standard shipping is USPS ground service. We can ship to street addresses serviced by USPS, as well as PO Boxes and APO/FPO. Please note, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Military Bases may take longer than 8-10 business days. All UNIONBAY footwear orders will be shipped via Fed Ex.

Apparel orders ship out of Washington and footwear orders are shipped from California. Transit time varies based on your proximity to Unionbay's Distribution Center. Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays are not counted as business/working days.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Please note, if you have selected the option to purchase Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, please utilize the Seel service, as they can promptly assist you. You can begin a claim here: https://resolve.seel.com/

For those that did not purchase the protection at checkout, we ask you to contact USPS with your tracking number for more information. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you did NOT receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. For customers whose packages are lost in transit, please contact [email protected] with your order number. Our team may be able to replace your package or provide you with store credit.
